Excellent molding quality with TERRASIL®
Developed for thermal molding and die casting made with plastics, rubbers and elastomers, and lowmelting non-ferrous metals, TERRASIL® serie Silicone Emulsions for Release are water- and solvent based systems with excellent lubricating performances and multi-functional release properties. While facilitating the removal process from the mold, they provide targeted surface qualities of the molded part. In addition, the molded parts can be directly painted, coated, bonded or plated.
TERRASIL® serie silicone emulsions for (mold) release are compatible with many organic finishing agents, and exhibit excellent emulsion stability. They are highly effective even with low consumption, minimize dirt formation in the mold, accelerate the demolding process, minimize rate of waste, save energy and labor costs, and thus increase productivity considerably.
