Formulated as micro or macro silicone emulsions, TERRASOFT® serie textile finishing agents are new generated textile auxiliaries that enhance touch, performance and appearance of the fibres, and woven and knitted fabrics considering their end usage requirements.
TERRASOFT® serie textile finishing agents impart desired soft touch and release effects, enhance appearance in terms of color depth and brillance, provide specificfeatures in terms of elasticity, ease of ironing, anti wrinkle effect, water absorption or water repellency, and flame retardant. The emulsion stability of TERRASOFT® is excellent, and efficient therefore in the most challenging environments in terms of temperature, acid and alkali and shear strength.

It is ideal for softening PES/cotton fabrics. It has only little effect on the degree of whiteness in a softener formulation. As part of formulations used as fill fiber finish, it imparts excellent slickness and resilience to the fiber.

It imparts a very soft, drapable, and elastic touch to woven and knitted fabrics. It is ideal for softening PES and other synthetic fibers. It improves the wash-and-wear properties and the crease recovery angle, sewability and tear strength and reduces abrasion loss. It has only little effect on the degree of whiteness in a softener formulation. As a rule no adverse effect on the shade or color fastness properties of coloured goods is observed. As part of formulations used as fill fiber finish, it imparts excellent slickness and resilience to the fiber.
