TERRASIL® WA serie Super Spreader & Super Penetrant is a kind of organofunctional silicone polyether surfactant developed specificly for use in agriculture. Super-spreading surfactant based on a trisiloxane ethoxylate. This spray adjuvant can lower the surface tension of spray solutions beyond what is attainable with most regular adjuvants. It may help accelerate the rapid uptake of agrochemicals into plants and foliage through stomatal infiltration, resulting in rainfast spray solutions and improved application reliability. Unlike many other trisiloxane alkoxylates, it is not typically affected by oil-based components and can provide enhanced spreading in formulations containing such components, especially when compared to most other organosilicone-based adjuvants. Being nonionic in nature, this 100% active spray adjuvant may be considered for use across a broad range of agrochemical applications, including plant growth regulators, herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, tertilizers and micronutrients.
