SILASTOSIL® LR line protective coatings are pumpable, highly transparent, two-component (1 to 1 mix), addition-cure liquid LSR silicone rubbers and consider the criteria of function and quality in every aspect. They facilitate economic and efficient processing in massproduction set-ups. They provide long-lasting, stable and high protection against external influences, such as dust, light, aggressive media, temperature fluctuations and mechanical stress. In addition, they insulate electronic circuits from their environment very strongly (Highly complex modules need increased levels of insulation strength). They can be applied with different methods for conformal coating in mass production:
 
- spray coating
- dip coating
- flooding
- partial coating of selected areas
